By becoming a member of the Factor X bowling team, you agree to abide by the following set of terms and conditions regarding all monies due:

• Team members will be given a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) advance notice of any monies coming due. All notifications will be electronic, and will come in the form of a personal email, electronic invoice, or both. This information will also be posted on the factorxbowling.com web site in the calendar section. It is the responsibility of each team member to keep team owner Tom Clukay, heretofore referred to as The Team, informed of any email address changes, and to monitor his or her inbox regularly for invoices and upcoming due dates.

• Team members will pay all balances in full on or before the due date specified by The Team. Team members unable to comply with this rule must contact The Team before the due date to make alternate arrangements. Unless alternate arrangements have been made and agreed upon by The Team, any accounts not paid in full by the due date specified will be considered to be in arrears.

• A late fee will be charged to any team member whose account remains in arrears for more than 7 days (1 week). Late fees will be assessed as follows:

• Any team member whose account is in arrears must bring their account current before competing with Factor X in any local, regional or national tournament events. This includes payment of both the original outstanding balance and any late fees that have been assessed.

• Should any team member be unwilling to bring his or her account fully up to date as previously described, The Team reserves the right to drop that bowler from the roster and replace them with a substitute. Should the team member be allowed to compete, any monies won by that team member as a result of his or her performance with Factor X will be withheld by The Team until such time as his or her account balance is brought current. Should the team member be dropped, The Team retains the right to make final decision as to whether or not any entry fees previously paid by the bowler will be refunded. Should a refund be granted, any late fees previously incurred by the team member will first be deducted from the refund amount.
